Once your slot is confirmed please complete our Birthday Party Booking form and email it across with a 20% deposit payable by BACS to Sporty Kidz 09-01-50 05724015.

Parents’ Guide to After School Clubs

What your child needs for a Sporty Kidz Before or After School Club:

PE/SPORTS KIT

PE Kit is ideal for our activities. Please provide your child with suitable clothing for all weather conditions.

Recommended items include:

• Shorts
• Socks
• Tracksuit Bottoms
• T-shirt
• Jumper
• Waterproof Jacket
• Sun Hat
• Sun cream

FOOTWEAR

Please provide your child with suitable foot wear for the sports they will be doing. Also if you are sending your child with football boots please also provide some indoor footwear in case the session takes place inside.

Recommended Footwear includes:

• Trainers
• Plimsoles
• Football Boots (for Football or TAG rugby clubs)

Not Recommended:

• Sandals
• Slip on Shoes

DRINKS

Please provide a drinks bottle as it is important that all the children stay hydrated while playing sport.

SNACKS

Please provide your child with a healthy snack for after school clubs.

SIGN OUT

Parents will need to sign out their child at the end of the lesson. Please notify us via the school, or Sporty Kidz office if someone else is collecting your child.

Late Collection Charge

Any child over ten minutes late being collected there will be a late payment charge of £10 per child. After twenty minutes this will increase to £15.

Parents’ Guide to Holiday Clubs

Please ensure your child is wearing comfortable clothing and is dressed appropriately for the sport and weather conditions.

Recommended items include:

• A coat
• Sun hat
• Trainers
• Sun cream

For a half day place children will need to bring a snack and water bottle.

For a standard day place children will need to bring a snack, packed lunch and water bottle.

For an extended day place, children will need 2 snacks, a packed lunch and a water bottle.

All children that attend must be out of nappies and able to use the toilet themselves.

If your child requires medication such as an inhaler or epi pen, please hand to us in the morning with your child’s full name labelled on it.
